Sometimes this is called invested media. Your Owned and Operated media entails websites, landing pages, blogs, and content created media such as podcasts, webinars, videos,  e-books , white papers, photos, on-line communities, groups, and blog postings.

Some of your Owned and Operated Media such as videos, webinars, and e-books are created as promotional on-line marketing material. These marketing materials should be shared with your friends, followers, or prospects. Make these materials free and easy to share.

Day one, Owned and Operated media should be focused on creating an image or personality reflective of your on-line and off-line actions.
